Having worked with NFL Athlete and europeans best I can safely say this program is a must for you!!!

Off-Season is the place where you can do the most damage in building a beast of an athletic body! With no contact, games or three hour practices you can focus on getting into the best shape possible.

During this time it’s the players who want to be great that step up and put the work in. They commit to their detail and when attack the season on FIRE!

With this program designed to accommodate the busy baller you can crush the workout inside 60 MINUTES!!! Its perfect to keep the body fresh and improve.

Recently helping guys with their NFL international combine it became apparent to me that I needed to do more to help grow the game that I’ve fell in love with whilst playing this year.

This program is just the beginning how how I feel I can help and impact the game in the best way possible.

With video tutorials, specific speed, and agility for the different positions. All you have to do is show up and put the work in!
SIMPLE!

What you need for the program
  • The program can be completed 90% with access to  Basic gym equipment – Rack, Plates, Dumbells etc. There are exercises demonstrations for all exercises too. 
  • A Field for you to complete some conditioning. This can also be done on a treamill.
  • Some training bands. These will provide good additional resistance. I advise on these in the program. Not essential though.
  • MOTIVATION – you are the one training. So you have to show up and do it. Sessions only take a maximum of 60 minutes. 
The program consists of 5 workouts a week.
