I started working with Sam to try and resolve an issue with my hip that had been causing me pain on and off for several years. The hip pain had been debilitating and stopped me from enjoying training and being able to compete in powerlifting. Since working with Sam my hip pain has been completely resolved, and I’ve fallen back in love with training and am now looking to compete in powerlifting again. Sam’s programming has exposed me to new, exciting and challenging methods which have identified and strengthened previous weaknesses in my athletic performance. This has resulted in consistent 5kg increases in my 5RMs over the 4 week cycles. Sam’s attention to detail and excellent communication alongside his technical knowledge make him a fantastic coach who I would recommend to anyone.
